|Mr. Edwin Leung – the Executive Chef, brings along 25 years of first class culinary experience from around the world. Beginning with his apprenticeship at the Regent Hotel in Hong Kong, Edwin has enhanced his culinary skills as Head Chef at the Holiday Inn Singapore. Edwin continued to advance and establish his career as he became the Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Indonesia. He continued to strive and gained recognition by exploring other Asian cuisines when he arrived in Toronto in 1994. With his passion for fine food, his keen observation, his solid experiences gained and his unique style of cooking, Edwin promises to excel in his role as Executive Chef of Dragon Dynasty Group. For his excellence, Chef Edwin Leung and Chef Susur Lee – the Iron Chef were the only two Canadian culinary masters chosen for the Hong Kong Bauhinia Gala Dinner 2007 at the Metro Toronto Convention Center – the celebration of the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return to China.
